Savitha has completed her B.A.B.L (Hons) in school of excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University Chennai, India and enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in the year 2011. She has also completed CS with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Savitha specializes in Corporate Laws, Property Laws and Trademarks. She has experience of close to ten years, in appearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras, Debts Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Commissions and Civil Courts.
Savitha is empanelled as a Panel Advocate in various Banks. She has also rendered legal advice to companies, firms, NGOs on a retainer basis. Her expertise include corporate compliances and Legal Due Diligence. She is also a part of POSH Committees of various companies.
